Write to erasmusappsupport@gmail.com for anything: a bug, a question, a data request, or something you want us to look at.

I cannot sign in

There are no passwords. You enter your university email, we send a 6-digit code, and you type it in. If the code does not arrive within a minute or two, check your spam folder for a message from noreply@filiprozmus.pl, then request a new code. Codes expire quickly, so use the newest one.

If the app says your email is not accepted, your university may not be on our list yet. Email us with the domain (the part after the @) and we will add it.

Who can see my profile?

Other signed-in students in the same city see your name, university, country, bio, languages, interests, photo and whether you arrived recently. Your email address is never shown to anyone. See the privacy policy for the details, including a plain note about how photos are stored.

I moved city or picked the wrong one

Your city is set once per term. If you need to change it, write to us and we will sort it out.

Someone is making me uncomfortable

Open their profile or the plan and use Report or Block. Blocking is immediate and works both ways: you stop seeing each other, and every plan, hello and request between you is removed. Reports are read by a person, not a filter, and we act on them promptly, including removing content and ejecting people who break the community rules. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Open ErasmusApp and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and nothing to email us about, unless you would rather we do it for you.

What gets deleted

What is kept

Reports you filed about someone else are kept so we can still act on them, but your name and account are removed from them. Crash reports never contained your name or email in the first place.

Cannot get into the app

If you no longer have access to your university email or the app, write to erasmusappsupport@gmail.com from any address, tell us which university email you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you and confirm by email.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email us from the address you signed up with and ask for an export. It is done by hand, so allow a few days.

Where do I get the app?

ErasmusApp is currently in testing on TestFlight. Store links will appear on the home page once the app is released.
